Tony is an innovative and results focused IT Operations and Security Director with expertise in project and data center management, infrastructure support, and digital transformation of processes and services as well as creation and execution of strategies to improve security and disaster recovery plans. In the last 16 years, Tony has been integral in the digital transformation and maturation of the security at Peel Regional Police. More recently, Tony led the digitization and transformation of Peel Regional Police’s IT infrastructure to support initiatives such as app-enabled, cloud delivered, body-worn cameras that improve the services it delivers to over 50 million individuals. In addition, Tony is an advocate for cybersecurity education and skilling. He is an advisor in cybersecurity higher education and a professor at Sheridan College for the Cybersecurity and Cybercrime undergrad course.
