Kathleen provides a leadership role for many community organizations and conferences; Women in Cybersecurity, National Conference, DEFCON’s Career Village and Women in Cybersecurity Celebration to name a few. Kathleen is a frequent contributor to several podcasts including The CyberWire, Federal Game Changers, and Secure Voices. At RSA2020, Kathleen was awarded the Recruiter Ally of the Year award for her work in supporting women in the cybersecurity professions. Kathleen is well respected within the recruiting community and is the co-founder and past President of recruitDC, the largest community of recruiters in the Washington DC area.

She serves as the Executive Vice President at ISA. As an accomplished sales leader, team builder, and channel expert, Enza is passionate about helping clients better understand the positive impact and possibilities that business technology solutions can deliver. She has a long and successful track record built on driving client solutions that are value-based.

Marianne Budnik is Chief Marketing Officer at CyberArk. Budnik is responsible for the global structure, strategy and execution of all aspects of CyberArk’s marketing efforts to broaden market reach and drive demand for the company’s market-leading privileged access management solutions. 

Budnik is a seasoned technology marketing executive, experienced in leading both transformational marketing initiatives at Fortune 500 technology companies, and driving market disruption with some of the fastest growing B2B start-ups in the technology and telecommunications industries. 

Budnik holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business. 


Michela Stribling

VP of Corporate Marketing and Communications, Tenable

Michela Stribling is vice president of corporate marketing and communications at Tenable. She and her team were instrumental in the company’s IPO in July 2018. 

A deft storyteller, Michela has extensive experience in corporate marketing, from public relations to branded content to executive communications. She has worked for some of the world’s most respected brands, including Google, Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Before joining Tenable in 2017, she developed one of the most successful corporate newsrooms for IBM, launched the company’s first-ever social media center of excellence and established a groundbreaking partnership with TED. She spent two years at Coremetrics (an Accel Partners-backed startup acquired by IBM), building the company into a media darling through innovative PR campaigns. She founded the internal communications function for Google at a time of hyper growth and was a member of the Google IPO team. She served in public relations and internal communications positions at Hewlett-Packard. Michela holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in communications management from the Annenberg School of the University of Southern California. 


Sherry Rumbolt

National Information Security Officer, Department of National Defence
Sherry Rumbolt CISSP, CISM is a National Information System Security Officer for DND/CAF at the Directorate Information Management Security. She advises and coordinates with stakeholders and service providers at all levels of the DND/CAF Information Program to assist with the safeguarding of the Defence Wide Area Network’s Information and Information Technology (IT) assets. She was just recently named as one of Canada’s Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity, sits on a variety of Advisory Boards for Canada and is very passionate about empowering women to have a voice in Cybersecurity.

Adina Saposnik

CISO and VP, Technology Planning, Ontario Health – Digital Services

 

Adina Saposnik has the accountability for the Cyber Security portfolio at Ontario Health – Digital Services with the mandate to establish and maintain the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to adequately protect its digital assets and technologies.  

 

A transformational leader, Adina Saposnik is also responsible for the strategy and program implementation pertaining to the rationalization, standardization, interoperability, scalability and continuous operation of Ontario Health – Digital Services computing environment.  A professional engineer (P.Eng), Adina has a broad range of experience gained by serving in leadership roles across the financial, telecommunications, retail and healthcare sectors. Her credentials include B,Sc.EE from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management and certifications in Strategic Leadership (University of Toronto) and project management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).  


June Leung

Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management at Moneris

June leads Identity and Access Management at Moneris and leads PAM, IAM and CIAM. June has over 15 years of experience in the Information Security field, leading identify and access management programs within the financial industry including RBC, TD, FundSERV and others. Prior to joining Moneris, June was the Director for IAM under second line performing oversight and challenge in Cyber Security within RBC.

June holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and various security certifications including CISSP, CISM and CRISC.
